Sessions will include basic knife skills, an introduction to ingredients and tips on shopping, healthy eating and storing food. Classes are available as one-off classes or book a few to make up your own course depending on your individual tastes.

Our Off to Uni course is designed for school leavers who are about to move away from home for the first time. We will be passing on a lot of useful tips about shopping, food safety and hygiene in this intensive, but fun, course, helping you to develop skills that will last a lifetime. Session details are as follows:
Course A : Macaroni Cheese with Meatballs – Baked Feta Salad – Veg Curry and Rice – American Pancakes.
Course B : Paprika Chicken – Roasted veg with Couscous – Spicy tuna – Lentil Soup.
Course C : Sausage Halloumi Bake – Sticky Salmon with Fried Rice – Frittata & Omelettes – Choc Cake traybake.
Course D : Chicken & Mushroom Pasta- Quesidallias – Mexican Chilli – Focaccia.
